Product Returns

Before returning equipment for repair or any other reason, please contact your dealer to obtain an RMA number. We do not accept returns without an RMA number.

What is an RMA number?

An RMA number (Return Merchandize Authorization) allows for the unambiguous identification of the product return and facilitates fast processing of the transaction.

Request an RMA number

If you have purchased your product from an authorized dealer, you should contact your dealer to obtain an RMA number. If you purchased your product directly from Leisegang, you may contact us by phone to receive an RMA number. Please provide the following information:

  • Your customer number or your contact details (address, contact partner, phone number),
  • Order number
  • Product identification (model number REF and serial number SN of your device),
  • Reason for return.

Complaint form

If the reason for return is fault or legitimate complaint we will provide a complaint form for you to complete. Please pay special attention to the required fields and return the complaint form via email, mail or fax.

Evidence of cleaning and disinfection

Please clean and disinfect the product thoroughly before returning it to Leisegang. We will provide you with a template to prove cleaning and disinfection for you to complete, sign and enclose with your return:

Product return

Your product return must contain the following information:

  • Your RMA number,
  • Your contact details (return address, contact partner, phone number),
  • Product identification (model number REF and serial number SN of your device),
  • Evidence of cleaning and disinfection.

Please provide your device in a shock- and crush-proof packaging, preferably the original product packaging. Attach the RMA number to the outside of the shipping box.
